My video game for the week is Gears of War, because it’s a very hard game to play and it’s violent and very difficult to play. It has many levels that are challenging. The game has many things to play as and you can almost do anything like fly in things and you can get many weapons so you can take out other people. You can also play two players and you can take out each other and that is Gears of War.

A movie that I really liked was High Plains Drifter with Clint Eastwood. It is about a gunfighter drifter and he comes back to the town. Years ago he was the sheriff and he got beaten in the street and whipped and almost died. The townspeople just watched him get beat and didn’t do anything, The town thought he died. Then years later he returns and nobody notices him. The town’s scared of him and there is a gang of robbers and murderers that almost killed him then got out of jail and they’re coming back to mess up the town again. The townspeople ask for his help. I thought it was a very good movie, because it shows how you can survive a lot of things and how some people are inconsiderate and how even though people are rude people still help them even though he punished them. After he helped them he painted the town red and renamed it Hell.

The book is called a Door in the Woods It is about a boy on one hot summer day. He went into the woods and climbed a tree named Ole Betsy. He saw Mayor Duck murder someone and he said “no, me and my friend were wrestling.” The boy said “if the devil is human he is standing right in front of me.” There is a group of people involved in a club and they are after Jimmy Fincher and his family. He finds a door in the woods. He finds the key and opens the door and goes down the stairs. The door comes back and then goes away. Then there is a ripping sound and that sound is the black curtain. The givers said “run the stoppers are coming, you have to save the world.”

3rd period
The movie I picked is Never Back Down. It is about a kid who moves from Ohio to Miami. He starts seeing all these kids who are planning out fights, not because they are mad at each other, but for the glory to see who is tougher.
Later in the movie he meets a girl named Baja and automatically likes her. The only thing is she already has a boyfriend and he is the best fighter in the whole entire school. The boyfriend, Ryan, challenges Jake to a fight and Jake gets beat.
He meets a friend who introduces him to a MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) class called 365 combat. The teacher is impressed and puts him in the advanced class right off the bat. He starts learning how to fight a lot better and keeps getting in fights with Ryan and getting beat up.
Once he learns to fight and starts winning fights he starts becoming really popular and Baja starts to like him a lot. He goes to a competition called "the beat down" and starts working his way up to the championship. He and Ryan come down to the fight, but Ryan gets disqualified for eye gouging.
When that happens Jake forfeits and a brawl between the two starts outside of the ring.

This movie is about a fifteen year old wizard named Harry Potter.
He goes to a school named Hogwarts where he has two main friends Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger. They have been friends for about five years. They have to deal with a new teacher who works at the ministry of magic and she gets what’s been coming to her.

You can play just the arcade games or the battle game board. In addition, you can even battle other people in the game board version. In addition, you can just play the board game. The name of the movie is YES MAN. The movie is about when Carl says no to everything and it leads his life to nothing good. Then he goes to a meeting about saying yes to everything. He makes a promise to the main speaker that if he says no to anything things will get dicey. I liked the movie because Jim Carey was the main character.

I think Miami Vice is a really good movie, because it is about two cops that go undercover as drug dealers to find the people that killed their friend and save the people they love. One undercover cop falls in love with one of the drug dealers wife/girlfriend. They are trying to keep that a secret, but he is also keeping a secret from her that he is not the drug lord she thinks he is, he’s a cop. The other cop on the other hand is just trying to arrest the bad guy and save his family and keep his job and his life. I think it has a really good and realistic ending, so I think everyone who likes action films and drama films should go see this.

Star Craft: I think the game is a really good game and graphics are ok. The game is based on some war with aliens. There are three races Terran, Zerg, and Protost. They all fight each other to get control. They kill each other with what ever they’ve got to, stabbing all the way to nuclear bombs. I think the game is good and is old skool, it goes way back.

Madness is a game where you can cruise around in all sorts of cars.
There’s 2 game modes Cruise and Blitz. On cruise you can just drive around Paris or Washington, but if you drive too fast the 5-0 comes after you. On Blitz you race around town against other people through check points. My favorite car is the Cadillac Escalade (black).

Coraline was the coolest 3D movie ever since it is a Tim Burton movie. It has really cool characters that are clay. It was really cool for the kids like all the other movies he made. Halo is the tightest game I’ve played. It’s somewhat dumb, but it’s all good. I usually don’t play games, but when I’m bored and there’s absolulelty nothing to do. I’ll play Halo when me and my foster siblings play. I die more, but when I’m just playing by myself I play perfectly fine. Halo is over rated, but it’s the best game. I like Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, it's tight. Those are the only games I will play.
